Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 222d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://222d.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment systems, and promotional features offered therein.

By completing the 222d registration process or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendments to these Terms, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein. These Terms supersede any prior representations, agreements, or understandings between the Player and 222d, whether oral or written.

Eligibility

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 222d platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change after registration.

222d reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time. Requested documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended until verification is finalised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 222d platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 222d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your 222d account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the selected payment method. 222d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 222d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated at the time of request, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification procedures. 222d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, unless otherwise approved by 222d.
• Players must not use the platform as a payment processing service. Any account found to be depositing and withdrawing without engaging in genuine gaming activity may be suspended.
• In the event of a technical error or erroneous credit to a player's account, 222d reserves the right to reverse the transaction. The player is obligated to notify 222d if they become aware of such an error and must not wager erroneously credited funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

222d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form an integral part of these Terms when accepted by a player.

General bonus principles applicable to all 222d promotions include the following:

• Modification: 222d reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed by players prior to the modification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on 222d are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are made available within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the 222d system are final and binding. 222d will not reverse confirmed bets except in the following circumstances:

• A clearly identifiable technical error in the display of odds, game outcome, or payout calculation;
• An event cancellation or void as determined by the applicable sports governing body or game provider;
• Evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation in relation to a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.

Prohibited Conduct

222d employs fraud detection, IP monitoring, and device fingerprinting systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players identified through these systems as engaging in prohibited activity will not receive advance notice before account suspension.

Governing Law
